While we strive to deliver industry-relevant, up-to-date content and practical training, successful completion of our courses does not guarantee employment or certification unless explicitly mentioned. Access to our courses is available through a one-time payment per course or program. You agree to pay the applicable course fee at the time of enrollment. Discounts may be offered for early registration or during promotional periods, as specified on our platform or via official communication. All course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. PAICA reserves the right to modify course prices or introduce promotional pricing at its discretion. While we ensure the quality and accuracy of our content, we do not assume liability for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the use or misuse of our educational materials. PAICA will not be liable for technical issues, interruptions, or data loss that may affect course access, although we will make reasonable efforts to restore service and provide support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India & State of Delhi. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

Refund Policy

At PAICA, we are committed to delivering high-quality, industry-relevant education in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

PAICA offers both self-paced and live-session courses through a one-time payment model. Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment to access course materials and participate in sessions. We may occasionally offer early-bird discounts or promotional pricing, but all purchases are considered final once completed.

All course purchases are non-refundable, regardless of course progress, attendance, or usage. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to course materials or a seat in scheduled live sessions. As such, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of schedule or availability
  • Technical difficulties on your end
  • Dissatisfaction with course content
  • Duplicate purchases

In the rare event that a live session course is canceled or rescheduled by PAICA, you will be offered the option to transfer to another cohort or receive access to equivalent course content. Refunds will not be issued unless the course is permanently canceled without replacement.

You may request a course transfer to a future session provided the request is made at least 7 days before the course start date. Transfers and substitutions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Payment will be adjusted in such a case and no refund will be provided.

There are no exceptions to our refund policy. We encourage all prospective learners to carefully review the course curriculum, instructor details, and FAQs before enrolling. If you are unsure whether a course is right for you, please contact us prior to purchase.
